UPCYCLE A PAPER BAG

Hello!  It's Karen C here!  This week we have a fun and interesting challenge.  You are being challenged to upcycle (recycle) a paper bag.  We are being sponsored by Milk N Coffee who will be giving our winner of this challenge 4 digis of their choice.

I thought that since it was my turn to post the challenge this week I would share a short, fast and easy tutorial on how to make a fun lunch bag card, then I will show you what I did with mine.

Instructions on how to make a lunch bag card:
Step 1:  Take a regular sized lunch bag (this was about 6 inch x 14 inch)
Step 2:  Score the bag at the six inch mark and fold it with the bag's bottom flap inside.  Then cut off the other two inches.
Step 3:  Cut FOUR square pieces of cardstock at 5 7/8 inches square.
Step 4:  Paste one of the four squares on the front, paste two of the others on the inside (one on the right side one on the left side).  The fourth is for the slide out piece.
Step 5:  Decorate like you would a normal card!

Easy huh?  Here is what I made using  Charlotte and Midnight Cammomile Tea, feel free to check out my blog for more information!

Now I will show you what my talented teamies made!
